| 1957.01 | Shimazu Works was founded as a private enterprise. |

| 1958.09 | The current company was established under the name of Tokyo Tapping Machine Works Corporation as an incorporated organization. |
| 1959.11 | Succeeded development of thick diameter automatic nut tapping machine T-10/15/20. |
| 1968.11 | Completed development of slide relay type tapping machines NT-20/25 for hot press nuts. |
| 1969.03 | Opened Osaka Branch Office. |
| 1973.10 | Development of two axes nut tapper SUPER – Series |
| 1977.01 | Two axle nut tapper SUPER – Series completed |
| 1987.05 | Completed development of SUPER Robot Tapper SRB-3/5 that enabled 16 hours unmanned operation. |
| 1996.08 | Developed the robot tapper with the lower hole inspection function by a form rolling tap. |
| 2001.12 | Developed the biaxial straight tapper LR-120 for long nuts. |
| 2005.10 | Introduced the CB system for LR machines, realizing fabrication of hexagon thin nuts. |
| 2008.07 | Developed washing machines for LR as well as biaxial straight tapper respectively. |
| 2009.08 | Developed straight tapper D-64 for large diameter nut |
| 2011.09 | Reorganized from Tokyo Tapping Machine Mfg. Co., Ltd. into a stock company and changed its name to current Tokyo Tapping Machine Co., Ltd. |
| 2012.04 | Developed the biaxial straight tapper LR-30 for small diameter long nuts. |
| 2016.06 | Development of 2-axis straight tapper LR-50 for medium diameter long nut |
