We at Tokyo Tapping Machine Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) define the personal information protection policies as described below, establish a system to protect personal information and promote protection of personal information by perfecting awareness by all of our employees about importance and efforts of personal information protection.

Management of Personal Information

In order to maintain our customers’ personal information accurately and in the updated status and to prevent any unauthorized access to, loss, damage, manipulation, leakage, etc. of personal information, the Company will take all necessary measures such as adequate maintenance of security systems, arrangement of control system, provision of sufficient education to employee and the like and will strictly control personal information through safeguard measures.

Purpose to Use Personal Information

Personal information, that we received from our customers as their responses to our notifications, service guide and questions, will be used for the purpose of sending e-mails and reference materials to them.

Prohibition to Disclose or Provide Personal Information to Any Third Parties

The Company will adequately control all personal information provided by our customers and will never disclose such information to any third party except for the following cases:

• ・In case that the applicable customer agreed.
• ・In case that the Company needs to disclose it to the vendor we assigned in order to carry out the service that the customer wants.
• ・In case that such disclosure became necessary based on a law or ordinance.

Safety Measures for Personal Information

In order to secure accuracy and safety of personal information, the Company is taking all possible security measures.

Verification of the applicable person

When a customer wishes to refer or correct or remove his or her own personal information, we will accept it after verifying he or she is the correct person.

Observation of laws and norms and review of the policies

While the Company will strictly observe provisions of laws and other norms that are applicable to the personal information we are holding, we review contents in these policies and try to improve them from time to time.
